CONTEMPORARY WEST COAST ARCHITECTURE
Lupine Walk’s two six-storey buildings were carefully planned at the peak of the site to emphasize views of the Inlet and the landscaped central courtyard, for an ever-present reminder of the spectacular surroundings. Inspired by the Tsleil-Waututh Nation’s stewardship of nature and tradition of woodworking, woodgrain accents and cladding add a warm natural tone that complements the collection’s contemporary architectural aesthetic.
EXPANSIVE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES FOR FRESH AIR AND BUILDING CONNECTIONS
Lupine Walk was designed around the concept of community. Shared amenities are a key feature of the design, including a lushly landscaped central courtyard and green space that creates a peaceful and protected parkette to gather with friends, neighbours and family under the sun. Just off the lawn is an outdoor barbecue area and lounge, children’s play space and giant chessboard, so the whole family can be together outside.
Plus, you'll have even more outdoor space with access to The Park at Seymour Village, just down the street.
